Kathrin is a registered Osteopath after completing a 4-year masters degree at the European School of Osteopathy in Maidstone, Kent. Since qualifying, Kathrin has worked as an Associate Osteopath in clinics in Kent and London, treating patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and injury rehabilitation for athletes.
Kathrin also gained further experience with the Osteopathic Sports Care Association on work placements providing athlete care at sporting events. She has completed advanced courses in medical acupuncture and kinesiology taping.
Kathrin’s speciality is to restore postural function to prevent pain/injury and rehabilitate both day-to-day and sporting scenarios. Kathrin strongly believes in the use of tailored exercise and physical activity to help patients understanding their injuries.
Kathrin has a strong sporting background in Tai Chi, Martial Arts, and Equestrian sport. She is trained to Level 3 as a Martial Arts Coach. Her knowledge of movement and posture is based both on her osteopathic education and her extensive experience in training and teaching Tai Chi and Martial Arts.
In her spare time Kathrin is happiest when spending time with her horses and other animals, practicing Martial Arts or spending time with her friends.
