REGISTERED OSTEOPATH

M.Ost

David is a qualified osteopath with a Master’s degree from the University College of Osteopathy. With a strong foundation in musculoskeletal health, clinical reasoning, and manual therapy, David has developed experience treating a wide range of patients through specialist placements and community outreach clinics.

He brings a methodical yet compassionate approach to osteopathy, drawing on evidence-based practice and hands-on techniques. These include approaches that address both physical and functional imbalances to support whole-body health. He has a particular interest in movement-based rehabilitation and the role of physical activity in long-term wellbeing.

Coming from an active background in rugby, boxing, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu, David understands the demands of athletic performance and enjoys supporting both everyday patients and sportspeople alike. He has worked with high-performing individuals, including Mitch Hutchcraft — a former Royal Marine and record-setting endurance athlete. David supported Mitch in preparation for his 8,000-mile triathlon challenge, which culminated in summiting Mount Everest following an extraordinary swim, cycle, and run from the UK to Nepal.

David is committed to helping patients return to what they love, whether that’s managing chronic pain, recovering from injury, or simply moving more freely.
