Katie Avery

Katie has a passion for working with babies and children, and has furthered her training in this area. She has gained a Postgraduate Certificate in Specialist Paediatric Osteopathic Practice. She helps young patients recover from various musculoskeletal and developmental conditions.
Katie also treats adult patients with varying presentations. She believes in patient-led care – that ultimately every patient should be the hero of their own story, and that she is there to guide them on their recovery. She uses her unique skill set of both structural and cranial approaches to provide patients with the most effective and best form of treatment.
Katie graduated with a masters degree from the European School of Osteopathy in 2022. Throughout her training, she also worked as a sports massage therapist to develop her manual therapy skills. Katie has a background in CrossFit and Olympic lifting. She now enjoys aerial hoop and regular strength training.
