SENIOR OSTEOPATH
M.Ost
Jasmine graduated with First Class Honours in her Masters in Osteopathy Degree at Swansea University. She has a special interest in joint hypermobility, which she researched in her dissertation. Her clinical experience spans NHS and private practice, where she developed a strong focus on supporting people with chronic pain.
Jasmine understands that pain affects every part of life, and effective care requires more than treating symptoms. She takes time to explore the deeper causes of pain, including how stress, lifestyle, and other health conditions play a role, using this insight to create personalised, achievable treatment plans. Jasmine combines hands-on treatment with breath-work, exercises and lifestyle advice to help people feel in control, rebuild confidence, and return to the things they enjoy.
Jasmine is also a qualified Animal Osteopath, treating dogs and horses. Working with animals has enhanced her ability to tune into subtle, non-verbal signs of discomfort — refining the precision and sensitivity of her care with people.
Outside of clinic life, Jasmine enjoys playing the piano and guitar, running, gym training, DIY and crocheting.
